Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience 2+ years of experience in Tele/Cardiac including Vascular if possible

Cardiac rhythm experience required

Required Credentials: Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

Types of Patients on Unit: CABG, ICD, Pacemaker, cardiac drips, vascular surgicals

Equipment Used on Unit: ALaris IV pump, wound vac

Unit/Facility Details: Bed Size: 24

Special Requests: Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

Shift & Scheduling: Every 4th weekend/holiday rotation if scheduled

Floating Requirements: Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist
