Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.
3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License

Required Credentials: Neuro Certification.
Shift & Scheduling: M-F, rotating days, rotating weekends. On Call Requirements None. Weekend Requirements: 1-2 weekends a month. Weekends and On call: Same times for weekend coverage.
