Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Preferred 36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: RN must be able to care for vented patients (with RT support)

Experience responding to Rapid Response and Code Blue events, be able to assist newer staff in interpreting tele rhythm strips.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 3-4 years Critical Care exp. preferred

Unit/Facility Details: Majority of our patients are “step down” patients

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend
