Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience.

Experience with Health Care Systems Inc (HCS) is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Shift: 3-12 hour shifts; Must be available for weekdays and weekends as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to do CIWA/COWS, UAs and be able to set/hold firm empathic boundaries

Preferred Skills/Experience: Psych exp.

Types of Patients on Unit: Voluntary patients, no restraints,

Unit/Facility Details: Inpatient substance abuse treatment facility for 18+ ages. # Beds: 50 (20 female/30 male). Nurse/Patient ratio: 1 nurse on night shift; For the 7p-11p of the shift there are 2-3 BHA (techs) on shift. 11p-7 there is 1 tech on shift.
