Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Must be available to start within six weeks of the date of submission.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Monday - Friday

No on call required

Weekends: weekend rotation pending utilization during the week, 1-2 weekend days/4 weeks

Must have Neuro background – SCI, BI, in addition to stroke rehab

Neuro, Acute IP, and Post-Acute experience preferred

Patient Ratios – 75% direct patient care/8 hr shift

Preferred: Ability to transition between multiple programs on any given day

Preferred: Understanding of IPR post-acute guidelines; utilization of CARE tool assessment
