Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from last 3 months.

BSN completion preferred

References

Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Float Psych

Includes every other weekend.

One year of adult and adolescent inpatient psych experience required.

Must be willing to float and take charge.

Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience preferred.

Restraint Reduction de-escalation /crisis intervention experience preferred.

Shift Information: Evening (3p-11:30p) (every other weekend/every other holiday); charge required (considered to be included in all-inclusive rate).

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Must be willing to float to similar or lower acuity units if needed and work E/O holiday and E/O weekend.
