Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Required Skills and Experience: Ok with first time traveler if they have Rehab experience. Will accept a MS nurse if s/he has prior travel, if they have prior rehab will accept a first time traveler. If first time traveler - will not accept if no rehab experience, ok with MS background. Would not be able to accommodate duos with same shifts but otherwise ok. RN's required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab around 11a-12.

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: 4 - 8 hr or 3 - 12 hr night shifts. Every other weekend and holiday. Holidays - 2/3 for winter and every other for others.

Floating Requirements: To like med surg tele units.
