Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with Davinci.
Required Credentials:
- Must apply for IA license.
- Current/Active Driver's License or government-issued form of identification.
Special Requests: Limit of 1 day request off between 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every 5th-5th weekend on call Friday - Sunday.
- 1 On Call shift per week
