References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Exeprience: 2 years of experience: Trauma, ER and Adult ICU experience required. Medication Administration, Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Flovent, Inhaled steroids, Isuprel, Lidocaine, Perforomist, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Terbutaline Sulfate, Tobramycin, Xopenex, Ventilator Management, BiPAP, CPAP, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation, Airway Management Devices/Suctioning, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral/nasal Suctioning, Pulmonary Hygiene, Tracheostomy care/management, Nebulizer, Hand held, T-piece, Trach collar, Oxygen therapy, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Trach collar, and Professional Knowledge and Skills, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), trauma.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Purtian Bennett, Draeger, Servo I, EvitaXL, Viasys experience. Adult Critical Care*, Emergency Department*, Ketamine*, Mucomyst*, Nitric Oxide (INo), Theophylline, Bronchoscopy*, Extubation*, Nasal airway placement*, Oral airway placement*, Sputum specimen collection*, and pulmonary function testing*.

Unit/facility Details: Manager may or may not interview. Traveler must be OK with this.

Special Requests: RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. Please ensure all RTO is for the full 13 weeks for each submittal No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment.

Shift & Scheduling: D/N On Call/Weekend Requirement: every other weekend; holiday as needed.
