Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
10 months of Wound / Ostomy Care experience is required from last 3 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Orientation is weekly on Mondays.

Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly

Monday-Thursday

All RTO requests must be presented at time of submission

Must have wound care experience

Min of Associates in Nursing

Prefer candidates to have Wound Care, Ostomy Certification

Will receive advanced training and will be expected to operate the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers when needed

Must be competent to provide patient care to the following age groups: Neonatal: Birth to 6 months, Youth: 6 months to 16 years, Young adult: 16-30 years, Middle Age: 30 - 60 years, Elderly: 60

Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or travel, per diem within the last 6 months will not be accepted - Must be separated from facility for 6 months to be considered.
