Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience: Skills: Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Care, Telemetry Interpretation, Additional Skills, Telemetry, Triage.

Types of Patients on Unit: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Telemetry, Triage.

Unit/Facility Details: Number of beds: 4.

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy: Both travelers and permanent staff must be gone for one year before being eligible to return as a traveler.
