Requirements
Experience
36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Pediatric Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
72-hour traveler (4 x 9 hour shifts) with Call (approx. 2-3 weeks out the 6-week schedule). NM will discuss how the schedule for Cardiac works in the interview.
We might consider less experience if they’ve been working as a surgical tech primarily (and recently) in a pediatric cardiac position.
