Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Preferred 12 months of Occupational Therapy experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills and Experience: Primarily outpatient, some acute care - Required. Pediatric Experience - Required.

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: One Weekend Per Month (Saturday). No call.

Special Request Requirements: All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer). Please note if your traveler has had EPIC experience in the last year.
