Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
10 months of Emergency Department experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
ADN completion required
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

RTO required with submission, expect to work some holiday.

Education: ADN or nursing diploma required; BSN preferred.

BLS, ACLS, and PALS: AHA ONLY! Instructor, Provider, and RQI acceptable.

Hard document due date: 3 business days prior to start. May be flexible on a case by case basis if CL communicates pending docs/ETAs to facility contact by doc due date.

An on-site drug screen will be conducted with the following panels: Amphetamine, Barbiturate, Benzodiazepine, Cocaine, Meth, Methadone, Opiates, Oxycodone, PCP, Marijuana, and Buprenorphine. Failure will result in a cancelation or assignment.
