Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Emergency Department experience.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience with conscious sedation.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Recent Emergency Department or Critical Care experience.

Required Credentials: CPI/De-escalation Training Req. Diploma/Degree Req. Must pass EKG Exam at Orientation (Study Guide Available in Simplify Library). Copy of nursing diploma/transcript.

Special Requests: No travel pairs/teams accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: Afternoon/Evenings, 11:30a-Midnight, every other weekend/major holiday required.
