Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Unit Details: Department: UF Health Rehab Center - Magnolia Parke Unit: Rehab Magnolia Parke Adult

Required Credentials: Bachelor's in Rehabilitation Therapy

Required Skills/Experience:

Pelvic Health experience

Provide physical therapy to patients referred for pelvic health related issues: such as incontinence, constipation, pregnancy related back or pelvic pain, post partum

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Outpatient care experience

Special Requests:

No RTO allowed during first 2 weeks of assignment

Max 8 days RTO allowed for 13-week contract
