Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required skills and experience: Charge experience required - minimum of 1 year. Oncology and PCU exp. RNs required to titrate drips: insulin occasionally cardizem.
Required credentials: Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
Shift & schedule requirements: Every other weekend
Floating requirements: Med/surg and PCU units
Unit and facility details: Oncology PCU and Trauma PCU. Ventilator, other hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, Aline, Swan, EV-1000), ICP- all can train real time
