Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Weekends and On call(if any): On call a week at a time and as needed.

Required Certification: RT

Must have skills/experience:

-Moderate sedation for nurses

-Know sterile technique, scrub procedures, radiology tech

Preferred skills/experience: Previous IR experience or cath lab

Patient Ratios – 15-25 procedures per day

Scrub Color/Attire: Royal blue nurses
