Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Behavioral Health experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: -Experience working with opiate addicted population - Required -Skilled in conducting assessments, utilization of ASI criteria for appropriate patient placement, treatment plan development and implementation, service coordination, and crisis intervention - Required

Preferred Skills/Experience: First Aid preferred.

Required Credentials: will accept a CADC or LADC

Preferred Credentials: Current certification in First Aid preferred

Technology Used on Unit: SAMMS

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every Other Saturday (6:15am - 8:30am) On Call Requirements: No Call
