Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

• Weekend Hours: Weekend rotate

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult only

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Flexibility with census; avg daily census 6.4 but may be as low as 3-4

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: PNA, CHF, UTI, Cellulitis, and Swing Bed (skilled level of care)

• Required Education: Associates
