Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with CPSI is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Typical patient ratio: 8/day Monday-Thursday, 6 on Friday.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved! No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better). Our outpatient PT clinics are closed for major holidays.

2 years current PTA experience - required (new grads will not be considered for this need).

Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PTA as needed.

Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required.

Previous Rehab Experience - Required.

This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
