Required Credentials: CBSPD OR IAHCSMM/HSPA. Drivers License/State ID

Types of Patients on Unit:
Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics.

Special Requests: Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request. RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment.

Shift & Scheduling: Facility will only approve 1 holiday day off.
