Must have at least 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer certified in vitalstim. Would be beneficial to have lymphedema training......

Unit Details: TDaP shot required.. Varicella titer required
