Requirements
Experience
Must have at least 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license
Certifications
CCC-SLP (Required)
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have strong experience with Peds and with adults.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer certified in vitalstim. Would be beneficial to have lymphedema training.
Unit Details: TDaP shot required.. Varicella titer required.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday to Thursday.
