Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
6 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required from last 6 months.
3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License

OTR (Required)

Additional Details:
Weekend – 2 Weekend shifts a month
Call Requirements: To be discussed during interview
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs.
Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or hospital experience
- Preferred:
- 2-3 Years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- NDT or brain injury certifications
Scrub color: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pant, sage green scrub jacket. White or black undershirts only
Must have at least 9 months of experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
