Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
Required Credentials: Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
Types of Patients on Unit: Adults and geriatrics, Cardiac, nephrology, stokes, DM, continuous EEG monitoring.
Unit/Facility Details:
Special Requests: RTO needed upfront. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Shift & Scheduling:
Floating Requirements: Float to Medical floors, ICU, or rehab.
An interview may not be available prior to offer.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.
