Requirements

Experience

12 months of acute care experience.

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years minimum SLP Home Care experience

Knowledge of and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to, language/communication aids, devices and wheelchairs.

Required Credentials: Master or Doctorate Degree required
