References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.

Required Skills/Experience: Medication administration including albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Flovent, inhaled steroids, Isuprel, lidocaine, Perforomist, Pulmicort, racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, terbutaline sulfate, tobramycin, Xopenex, ventilator management including BiPAP, CPAP, troubleshooting high pressure alarms, weaning from mechanical ventilation, airway management devices/suctioning including nasal airway suctioning, oral/nasal suctioning, pulmonary hygiene, tracheostomy care/management, nebulizer treatments including hand held, T-piece, trach collar, oxygen therapy including high flow nasal cannula (HFNC) and trach collar, interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs).

Preferred Skills/Experience: Adult critical care*, emergency department*, ketamine*, Mucomyst*, nitric oxide (iNO), theophylline, bronchoscopy*, extubation*, nasal airway placement*, oral airway placement*, sputum specimen collection*, trauma*, pulmonary function testing*.

Special Requests: No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend required
• No call

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
