Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Specialty NICU/PICU

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years minimum experience specialized in NICU, PICU or adult ICU. Our first choice would be NICU or NICU/PICU.

Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Shift & Scheduling: D/N, every other weekend, would consider straight weekends only.

Floating Requirements: Inpatient respiratory therapy care. Looking for someone who can work primarily NICU, but will also take someone who Adult/Pediatric ICU. May float to other locations in Fargo as needed: Broadway, South University.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
