Weekend Requirement Yes, on call

Holidays Yes, on call

Weekday call starts 2000-08 ( if the call shift keeps them here late into the night the can request HC post call)

Weekend 0730-08 Saturday /0730-08 Sunday.

Weekend call is often split between staff

Scrub Color Ceil Blue scrubs-provided

First to Float - Floating Only to Pre-Op (not considered floating)

8/5 Orientation needed

RN needs recent ICU experience or have worked in an inpatient facility - a PACU RN from a free standing Outpatient facility will not have the right experience

The nurse has to have recent critical care experience. They don't have to have their CCRN. We act at times as a mini ICU since we recover ICU patients until a bed becomes available

Common types of cases to recover? Neuro, GYN, Podiatry, General, Urology, Ortho

ICU patients - do they recover in PACU? Yes
