Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

NRP (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

STABLE (Preferred)

TNCC (Preferred)

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have Labor and Delivery, Nursery, and some newborn stabilization experience,

Types of Patients on Unit: Preeclampsia, cholestasis of pregnancy, repeat Cesarean sections, stabilize baby for transport

Equipment Used on Unit: Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc GE corometrics

Unit/Facility Details: # of L&D Beds: 4, # of Triage beds: 1 # of Postpartum beds: 4 use L&D beds # of Births per day? Month? Year?: 250 per year

Shift & Scheduling: D/N Rotate, Weekend and holiday as needed

Floating Requirements: Will float to medsurg /peds and occasionally to ER if comfortable

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
