Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

Additional Details:

A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend Every other holiday

Special Requests: Blocked scheduling may be approved, please indicate in BODY of submittal

Unit Details: Scope of role: continuous monitoring of hemodynamis, vitals, ECG, neuro status, etc. ACLS protocols,code blue response, management of control lines, arterial lines, titratable drips. Safe handing of high alert medications. Strict adherance to protocols (RASS, CAM-ICU, CIWA). Daily line/device assessment and maintenance (CLABSI/CAUTI prevention). 16 beds
