Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Case Management experience.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Required Skills/Experience: RN Case Management experience Familiar w/most of the following MIDAS, Meditech, Care Port Discharge, Outlook, Excel, Interqual, Word

Preferred Skills/Experience: HCA Case Management experience NATE familiarity HCA MDRs

Floating Requirements: Occasional float to 4Tele, ICU for assistance

Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend

Equipment Used on Unit: Type of equipment - Computer, HCA supplied cell phone
