Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience within the past 3 years.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Must be proficient in VFSS.
Required Credentials: Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.
Unit/Facility Details: Can screen before submittal if 50-80 miles. Outpatient and acute care responsibilities but 90% of the time in outpatient.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday - Friday
- Weekends/CALL (acute): will be on-call every 3rd weekend from 8-12 Saturday and Sunday for NPO orders only
