Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Interventional Radiology experience.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:
Pain Management / Interventional Radiology
You must be able to start on the start date specified for this job.
Do not apply if you are not willing to meet the possible floating obligation.
Labs must be completed within 48 hours of accepting an offer.
Special Requests: RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Call Requirements: On call rotation assigned on week basis M-F, 12am-8am. Weekends and holidays 24Hrs. On call is rotated through all nurses. No holidays except for on call. Occasional weekend day needed 8a-4:30p
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month
Floating Requirements: Between Pain and Interventional Radiology.
