Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 3 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with Oasis is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

PT Outpatient

Typically Sunday-Wednesday, 35-37 hours. 35 hours per week guaranteed with weekends or holidays as needed

With the exception of facility holidays, 1st week of orientation, and when client uses the option to call off up to 2 shifts during the 13 week

Weekends: varies per unit

Holidays: traveler will be expected to work at least 1 major holiday.

Could care for COVID patients.

Tobacco and fragrance free facility - please notify traveler prior to submission

RTO: if more than 5 days of RTO, time will be added at the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 weeks
