Patient Types: ICU/Adult Care and strong PEDS, NICU level III, PICU preferred not required

Requirements

Licensure: Must be RRT, will not accept CRT

Teaching hospital experience required

Schedule: Monday to Sunday

Block Schedules: No block schedules for any reason

Submittal Requirements:

ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) must be complete in order to submit

Employment gaps over 30 days must be explained

Vaccinations: Covid and Flu declinations accepted – please have either proof or declinations in packet

Transportation Note Public Transportation: NOT accessible in this area

Recommendation: Reliable transportation required (personal vehicle or rental vehicle strongly recommended)

Winter Vehicle Prep: Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
