Additional Details:

May request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: As required by facility

Call Requirements: rotational night, weekend, and holiday call. On call consists of – 1-2 nights per week and one weekend per month (4 week schedule period). May pick up extra call if desired.

Required Licensure: CORST, CST or TSC - must be certified

Years of Experience: 2 year plus CVOR Surgical Technologist experience in a hospital setting; 1 year cardiothoracic experience, needs open heart experience

Float Requirements: As required by facility

Must Have Skills/Experience: Open Heart & Thoracic procedures

Preferred Skillset/Experience: ECMO, Impella insertion, Robotics, CABG, Valve Replacement, VATS, Robotics, Lung Resection, Aortic Aneurysm Repair

Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiothoracic
