40 guaranteed hours
Working in inpatient setting.
Ideally this candidate would also be able to flex to the Inpatient Rehab Center at RRMC.
Mon-Fri with an occasional Saturday (every 4-6 weeks, a weekday off if scheduled for a Saturday)
12 hours non-billable orientation for first work week
Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation
Provide OT in the acute and or the inpatient rehab unit
Required skills and minimum years of experience: some acute and/or inpatient rehab experience no set amount, will determine after interviewing candidates
No call required, no weekends, employee will never work alone in the facility
Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?): only float between acute and inpatient rehab
Dress Code: business casual or solid color scrubs
Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program: provide 1-2 weeks of EPIC documentation and unit specific orientation
Looking for someone with flexibility between the inpatient rehab unit and the acute units
