Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Proof of Identification

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: At least 2 years of previous Stepdown experience required

Special Requests: Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend, No On-Call Required

Floating Requirements: May be required to float across all campuses; (Rock Island, Bettendorf, Moline, Muscatine)
