Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Patient Ratio: PCU 1:4. IMC 1:3 need to have vent experience to work IMC. Med 1:5

Types of Patients on Unit: Unit population is Cardiac/Pulmonary (must have vent experience)

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. Holidays as needed per unit.

Floating Requirements: Float as needed: PCU, IMC, Med Surg, and ICU.

Requirement Skills/Experience: Two plus years of PCU/IMC experience, Vent Experience.
