Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Neurologic Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Neuro ICU Experience

• Experience in caring for hemodynamically unstable patients and mechanically ventilated patients.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Pupillometer, EVD, ICP Waveform Management, CRRT.

Special Requests: No travel pairs.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Hours: Every Other Weekend Commitment (Friday / Saturday Nights)

• Rotating Holidays

Floating Requirements: Floating required to other inpatient areas when home unit is low census.
