Requirements

Experience

24 months of acute care experience.

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with MEDHOST is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Vaccinations

Types of Patients on Unit: Adult, Geriatric, STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG pod 2, Acute Respiratory Failure, Atrial Fibrillation with RVR, ALIF, EXLIF

Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 30 Housing options attached Please indicate if candidate shift preference is flexible- will accept day or night, or only days/nights

Special Requests: No block schedule requests, 48 hour can be considered but not guaranteed

Shift & Scheduling: oncall / Weekends: Every Other

Floating Requirements: Medical Surgical and Telemetry (ED holds if up for admit)
