Travel Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Float Pool

M/S Tele Float Pool - Required

Assignment for 16-32 weeks

Every other weekend required.

M/S Tele is expected to work ED HOLD patients as well.

Travelers must work 2 out of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Years Day/Eve.

Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

Monday - Sunday

No block schedules for any reason

Bi-weekly orientations on Monday

Public Transportation is not accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.

Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April

Patient Ratio: R5: 1/4, R6: 1/4, R7 1:5; adjustments can be made

Weekend Requirements: Yes, every other

Call Requirements: No

Holiday Requirements: As scheduled

Patient Population: R5: Med Surg Oncology, R6: Med Surg Ortho R7: Med Surg Urology ALC); Age Range: 25-99

Unit Specific Procedures: IV’s, Bladder scans, Blood draws off central lines, glucose monitoring

M/S Tele could include working in ECC/ER for ED hold patients
