Travel Nurse (RN) - Infusion Center

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1 year of recent outpatient Infusion experience administering chemotherapy/biotherapy within last 3 years
• Experience administering infusions, pain management, transfusion therapy, hydration, etc.

Skills: Infusion Center, Inpatient oncology, Outpatient oncology, Administration of chemotherapy, Body fluid handling post Chemotherapy, IV push administration of chemotherapy, Administration of coagulation factors, Antifungals, Antivirals, Administration of blood & blood products, Care and management of ports, Infusion pump management, Intravenous hydration/multivitamins, PICC line care, Starting and maintaining IVs, Antibiotics

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Three (3) or more years of adult Oncology Nursing experience.
• Prior Teaching Hospital Experience

Required Credentials:

• RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply

• Current and valid DL, government photo ID, or US Passport. Identity must match professional license.

Preferred Credentials: OCN Certification or other relevant specialty certification

Shift & Scheduling: Day shift with variable starts.

Floating Requirements: Candidates must be willing and able to Float to other UCSF units and facilities as needed.
