Travel Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Unit

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

Previous Employment Requirements:* Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Required Credentials: Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

All submittals must include an unexpired copy of the candidates driver's license

Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: CBI, wound management, assessments, catheter care, orthopedics,

Unit/Facility Details: Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: 16

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends and holidays rotation

Floating Requirements: Floating to tele unit if needed but not necessary.
