Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Education: Must be licensed, or eligible to obtain a license, to practice speech and language pathology in NYS at the time of hire
