Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Mother/Baby experience within the past 4 years.
Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license

Required Skills/Experience: C-section experience required: Yes - circulate
Types of Patients on Unit: Standard labor, multiples, high risk, vacuum, and VBACs
Unit Details:
- Unit: L&D/PP
- L&D Beds: 8 with 6 overflow.
- Triage beds: 7 in L&D
- Postpartum beds: 40 beds (Mother/Baby, antepartum, and GYN)
- M/B, PP - 1:4 couplets.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend Requirement: Every other.
- Holidays: Rotate with core staff.
- Call Requirement: Not required, but could pick up if wanted.
Floating Requirements: Post Partum - First to Float.
