Requirements

Experience

12 months of acute care experience.

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

Experience with MEDHOST is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with Centricity is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Hours: Have to work every other weekend. Days Saturday/Sunday is and nights is Friday/Saturday

Unit Details: Number of Bed 9

Equipment Used on Unit: IV Pumps, Epidural Pumps, Fetal Monitoring equipment, fetal doppler, syringe pump

Types of Patients on Unit: Labor, Post-Partum, Neonates

Required Skills/Experience: Labor experiences, postpartum, well baby, stabilization of critical newborn for transfers.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Term, late preterm indications- Gest HTN, Gest diabetes
