Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 3 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

NIHSS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36

Holiday rotation and every other weekends.

Float Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed.

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Charge Nurse experience required for NOCs shift

Must haves - experience with NG tube insertion; experience with epidural management, PICC dressing change; experience with maintaining Cardizem.

Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience

Med/Surg; Ratios: 1/6; 1/7 after 2300

Scrub Colors: Any
