Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.

Required Skills/Experience: Able to tech all basic endoscopy cases

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with endoscopic ultrasound and/or basic ERCP's.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: EGD, Colononscopy, PEG Placement, Bravo Placement, dilitation

Unit/Facility Details: Daily Parking is $15+/day. Multiple options for on/off campus garages and lots ranging from $95 - $120 with monthly pass. Suites 10. Cases per day 60

Floating Requirements: Withing the 3 endoscopy departments
